Help Identify and Locate an INjured Bear

Reportedly Last Seen in the Cherokee Oaks Area

We have been advised of two sightings of a bear who can’t bear weight on its left front leg. The last sighting was purportedly in the Cherokee Oaks area. We have contacted the California Department of Fish and Wildlife and are seeking additional information:

• Have you seen this bear? If so, where and when?
• What does the bear look like?
• Do you have any photos and videos?

Please contact the Bear Smart Three Rivers team at bears@3rtogether.org as soon as possible if you see the bear. Please do not approach the bear, but any photos or videos you can provide would help immensely.
