If we are able to acquire sufficient funding, we will provide a way to upload the images and videos here, as well as a phone number that can be used to text the report along with the images and videos. Until then, please use bears@3rtogether.org to send the attachments.

You may use a pseudonym.
If possible, provide the address and indicate it it is an STR.
If you don’t know when an incident occurred, indicate the date when you observed the results.

If it was a waste container incident, please indicate the type of container involved.
